HTLP 60 is a 3 layer, field joint shrink sleeve which replicates the structure and performance of mill-applied three layer coatings. Suitable for pipelines that operate at up to 149°F (65°C).

HTLP is fully resistant to shear forces induced by soil and thermal movements. It is tough & lasts as long a 3-layer, mill-applied coatings.

HTLP sleeve is applied over wet epoxy - allowing formation of strong mechanical & chemical bonds.

HTLP has superior cathodic disbondment and hot water immersion resistance. It offers the optimum barrier protection against corrosion.

HTLP has a dimpled backing provides a “permanent change" indicator for application of heat. This ensures correct application heat & allows easy post-heat inspection.
